PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our return policy spans 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send an email to notify you of its arrival and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original method of payment within a specified time frame.
Please note, a $60.00 re-stocking fee is applicable for returned goods to cover inspection costs.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not yet received your refund, please double-check your bank account and contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to us at sales@liftable.com.au.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please contact us at sales@liftable.com.au.
Shipping: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. We will provide the delivery address for returns upon request.
